Trial Deliverables & Source Files

Source files and print-ready formats are reserved for active, paid subscribers. Once you upgrade, you’ll receive full access to source files for both your trial work and all future projects.

File Formats Delivered

  • Graphic Design: Deliverables match the software used—Photoshop (PSD + JPG), Illustrator (AI + JPG), InDesign (INDD + PDF), Figma, or Adobe XD.
  • Video Projects: Delivered as MP4 files, with JPEG for video thumbnails.
  • Custom Requests: Need a specific format like MOV or GIF? Just notify your Project Manager when submitting your request.

Video Upload Requirements

Please upload your raw video footage in MOV or MP4 format, with a maximum total file size of 15GB per request.

Your Trial at a Glance
You can submit up to 3 requests during your 5-day trial.

  • What counts as 1 request: A single print or digital creative, or up to 2–3 pages of a multi-page design (depending on content volume).

  • Excluded from trials: Design resizes and Brand Character designs.

Tip to maximize your trial: Submit all 3 requests right away! This allows us to clarify details, complete your designs, and process revisions quickly—giving you a complete preview of the CursorTask experience so you can confidently decide on a full subscription.

(Note: Source and print-ready files for all trial projects are unlocked once you subscribe!)

To ensure fast turnaround times during your trial, the following asset types have specific limits:

  • Illustration: 1 simple illustration maximum (complex illustrations are not available).

  • UI Design: 1 landing/home page AND 1 app design screen.

  • Multi-Page / Multi-Screen Design: Up to 2–3 pages or screens per request (for assets like ebooks or app flows).

Why Brand Mascot & Character Requests Aren’t Included in Trials

We don’t offer brand mascot or character designs during the trial phase for a few key reasons:

  • Creative Direction: These requests usually lack the established brand guidelines needed to deliver accurate designs and timely revisions.

  • Time & Approvals: Character design typically involves multiple rounds of feedback from several stakeholders. This slows down production and prevents you from getting a clear, timely view of how CursorTask works.

  • Scope: Mascots are generally one-off branding projects rather than ongoing design needs, making them a poor fit for testing our subscription service.

Why We Limit Certain Design Requests During Trials

To help you get the most out of your trial, we place light limits on illustrations, UI designs, and multi-page/screen requests for two key reasons:

  • Maximum Variety: We want you to test the full breadth of our services. Trying a few different asset types gives you a clearer picture of how CursorTask fits into your ongoing workflow.

  • Realistic Timelines: Complex assets like UI designs and custom illustrations take time to refine. To ensure you receive finished deliverables—and at least a strong work-in-progress on larger assets—trials are limited to 1 simple illustration, 1 homepage or landing page, and 1 app screen per CursorTask Graphics or CursorTask Graphics + Video trial.

How We Process Your Requests Tasks are completed in the order they are received. Simple graphic designs and revisions (like social media posts, web banners, and single-sided prints) are typically delivered within 24 hours.

For video production:

  • 30–60 second animated videos: Delivered in ~24 hours

  • Up to 10-minute video edits: Delivered in 2–4 business days

  • Complex tasks: We’ll provide a custom timeframe estimate upon request.

Because graphic design and video editing run on separate workflows, they won’t block or delay each other.

Need faster output? You can scale up by adding extra subscriptions anytime and canceling them when you don’t need the extra bandwidth. Log in at www.cursortask.com to add a plan, or chat with our support team on our website 7 days a week!

How Your Subscription Works

  • CursorTask Graphics: Up to 3 active tasks in progress at a time, with 2–2.5 dedicated hours allocated per business day.

  • CursorTask Video: Up to 2 active tasks in progress at a time, with 2–2.5 dedicated hours allocated per business day.

  • Graphics + Video: Run both simultaneously! You get 3 graphics tasks + 2 video tasks in progress at once, supported by 4–5 total daily hours (2–2.5 hours dedicated to each track).

Need More Output? Scale Up Anytime. Each additional subscription adds an extra 2–2.5 hours of dedicated daily work to your queue. For example:

  • 2 Graphics Subscriptions = 4–5 daily hours on graphics

  • 2 Graphics + Video Subscriptions = 4–5 daily hours on graphics AND 4–5 daily hours on video

Tracking Progress: As your team finishes tasks, they will move from “In Progress” to “In Review,” and new requests will automatically move up in the queue.

CursorTask offers three simple, flat-rate plans: Graphics, Video, or a Combined Graphics + Video package.

Our Subscription Plans

  • CursorTask Graphics (Most Popular): Covers all your day-to-day digital and print marketing assets—from social media graphics and web banners to custom illustrations, landing pages, UI designs, and animated GIFs. Available on flexible monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, or annual billing.

  • CursorTask Graphics + Video: Get the full power of both subscriptions at a discounted bundle rate. Because graphics and video operate on independent workflows, they run simultaneously without slowing each other down.

  • Intuitive Platform: Full access to our design portal (featuring AI-assisted request forms) to submit and track projects easily.

  • Unlimited Team Members: Invite your entire team to collaborate and submit requests at no extra cost.

  • Fast, First-Come, First-Served Delivery: Requests are queued in the order received. Expect quick averages:

    • Graphics & Revisions: ~24 hours

    • Short Animations (30–60s): ~24 hours

    • Video Edits (up to 10 mins): 2–4 business days

    • (Custom estimates provided for complex tasks)

Need more capacity or help choosing? You can stack or adjust subscriptions anytime to fit your workload. Log in at www.cursortask.com or connect with us on live chat 7 days a week!

Yes! Stacking identical plans directly multiplies your output. For instance, two CursorTask Graphics subscriptions will give you double the daily capacity and completed tasks compared to a single plan.

If you have both a Graphics and a Video subscription, keep in mind that they operate independently:

  • Dedicated Teams: Each track is handled by its own team.

  • Independent Workflows: Having a lighter workload on graphics won’t speed up your video outputs (and vice versa).

  • Consistent Pacing: Each service maintains its own distinct turnaround times and task queues without overlapping.

Important Next Steps Before Printing:

  1. Review Your Files: Double-check all design files against your printer’s specifications before sending them to press.

  2. Run a Test Print: We strongly recommend getting a sample print done to check clarity, colors, and functional elements (like QR codes).

If you or your printer need any adjustments for optimal output, just let us know! We’ll make those edits right away as a top priority.

We complete requests in the order they are received. Once submitted, your task enters your design team’s queue, and work begins right away.

Need More Output? Scale Up Anytime

Absolutely! If your design workload increases, you can add extra subscriptions at any time to boost your capacity—and cancel them just as easily when things slow down.

Each additional subscription increases both the volume and speed of your deliveries. For instance, adding one extra subscription doubles your daily output.

How to Scale Your Account:

You can submit as many requests as you need. Once submitted, your dedicated Project Manager will review each task to ensure we have all the details before assigning it to your design team.

By default, tasks are completed in the order they are received. However, if your priorities shift or a deadline changes, just let your Project Manager know, and we’ll gladly adjust your queue to focus on your highest-priority projects first. We’re always happy to stay flexible to help you meet your goals!

Your dedicated team consists of 1 Project Manager and 3 specialized designers. Based on your project needs, your PM assigns each request to the designer best equipped to deliver exceptional results.

Concurrent Request Workflows:

  • Cursor Graphics: Up to 3 requests active at a time.

  • Cursor Video: Up to 2 requests active at a time.

  • Cursor Graphics + Video: Up to 5 requests active at a time (3 graphics + 2 video).

We complete tasks on a first-come, first-served basis to ensure fast, reliable delivery. If your priorities change mid-stream, simply inform your Project Manager—they can pause active tasks to focus on your most time-sensitive requests immediately.

  • CursorTask Video: Every 2–4 business days for a 30–60 second animated video or a 10-minute video edit.

  • Complex Tasks: Got a bigger request? Just let us know, and we’ll give you a quick time estimate.

Video File Length Limits:

  • Video Edits & Audiograms: Up to 1 hour long.

  • All Other Video Types: Up to 3 minutes long.

Graphics + Video Subscription: Both services operate on their own independent timelines. A lull in graphic requests won’t speed up video delivery (and vice versa), as dedicated specialists handle each workflow simultaneously.

Need Faster Delivery? You can scale your output up or down anytime by adding or removing subscriptions. Log in to your account at www.cursortask.com to manage your plan, or chat with us live on our website 7 days a week!

Tips for Best Results When Submitting Requests

The more descriptive you can be upfront, the fewer revisions you’ll need later!

We source high-quality fonts, photos, icons, videos, and animations from trusted free, paid, and partner platforms. We verify all licensing so your designs are fully cleared for your use. If you plan to resell your final design, let us know in advance so we can use elements that support commercial resale.

1. Review Outputs & Do a Test Print

Always carefully review your deliverables before launching a campaign to ensure every detail matches your expectations. This is especially crucial for print assets—we strongly recommend running a test print first to verify design elements, image clarity, and functional components like QR codes. If anything needs fine-tuning, just let us know and we’ll sort out the edits right away!

2. Set Up Brand Folders

We suggest creating a dedicated brand folder for every brand, campaign, or channel you work with. Include your brand assets—such as logos, font files, color palettes, style references, and preferred stock imagery—as text notes, links, or attachments. This equips your team with everything they need to keep your designs strictly on-brand.

3. Streamline Feedback with Video

For fast and clear revisions, use CursorTask360’s built-in feedback tool and native Loom integration. Recording a quick video screen-share takes just seconds and eliminates the need to write out lengthy notes.

Accepted Video File Formats

You can upload videos in either MP4 or MOV format for editing and enhancement.

  • Recommended Format: We suggest using MP4 for faster upload and processing speeds, as it delivers high visual quality at a smaller file size.

  • Alternative Format: We fully support MOV files if you prefer using Apple ProRes or uncompressed formats.

Getting Started with Your 5-Day Free Trial

Step 1: Set Up Your Brand Profile

Go to the left-hand menu to add your brand guidelines, preferences, and assets. Be sure to upload any custom font files your brand uses so our team can maintain exact brand consistency.

Step 2: Submit Your Trial Requests Early

Submit your trial requests right away to give your team time to review details, ask clarifying questions, and deliver your designs:

  • CursorTask Graphics Trial: Submit up to 3 graphics requests

  • CursorTask Video Trial: Submit 1 video request (MP4 format in the highest available resolution)

  • CursorTask Graphics + Video Trial: Submit 3 graphics + 1 video request

Step 3: Flag Commercial & Resale Assets

If any design will be sold (such as a template for commercial distribution), let us know in your request brief. This ensures we source licensing-appropriate assets for commercial use.

Step 4: Specify Print Requirements

Planning a print project? Let us know if you or your printer have specific crop mark or bleed dimensions. If none are provided, we will apply industry-standard specifications.

We build custom designs from scratch, or pair custom artwork with carefully selected stock elements—depending on what delivers the highest quality result for your brief.

  • Standard Licensing: All stock elements included in your designs are fully licensed for end-use (marketing, web, social, and print).

  • Designs Built for Resale: If you plan to sell the final design (such as a digital template, merch, or commercial product), let your Project Manager know upfront! We will create a 100% custom design to ensure you hold full commercial resale rights.

Design Ownership & Asset Licensing

  • Designs for Resale: Planning to sell the final output (e.g., templates, merch, or commercial products)? Be sure to let your Project Manager know in your brief. Your team will create a 100% custom design from scratch so you hold full resale rights.

  • Standard End-Use: For all other requests, your team will combine custom design with licensed stock elements to best fulfill your brief.

Important Licensing Notes:

  • Our Assets: We double-check every stock element we source to ensure you are granted the proper licenses for end-use.

  • Client-Provided Assets: We assume any logos, images, or assets you supply are fully owned or licensed by you. CursorTask is not liable for rights issues arising from unlicensed client-provided materials.

Premium Stock Assets & Licensing Included

We source top-tier fonts, icons, videos, and elements across reputable platforms to bring your vision to life. Plus, every subscription includes premium stock photo credits built right in:

  • CursorTask Graphics or Video: Includes 50 premium stock photos/month.

  • CursorTask Graphics + Video: Includes 100 premium stock photos/month.

Licensing Compliance:

Every asset we source comes fully licensed for your end-use. If you plan to resell your final design (such as a digital template or merchandise), please let us know upfront so we can ensure every element is cleared for commercial resale.

Client Privacy & Portfolio Usage

We keep all client identity details strictly confidential. However, we occasionally feature select design outputs in our public portfolio and marketing materials.

Prefer to Keep Your Designs Private?

If you don’t want your designs featured, you can easily opt out:

  • At Sign-Up: Mark your preference in your onboarding questionnaire to be tagged as a White Label Client.

  • Anytime During Your Plan: Request white-label status at any point by contacting us via live chat at www.cursortask.com or emailing info@cursortask.com.

Design Ownership & Usage Rules:

  • Resale & Commercial Distribution: If you plan to sell the design (e.g., templates, merch, or digital products), let your Project Manager know upfront. Your team will build the project 100% from scratch to grant you complete resale rights.

  • Standard End-Use: For all other projects, we combine custom creation with licensed stock elements to best meet your brief.

  • Licensing & Responsibility: We verify licenses for all stock assets we supply. However, clients are responsible for ensuring any uploaded or provided files are properly licensed. CursorTask is not liable for rights issues involving client-supplied materials.
